For more than 40 years, Weishaupt has designed and produced marine-execution burners for a wide range of applications, such as auxiliary and hot-water boilers on board ships or in offshore installations.

Almost every fuel

In addition to standard oils, residual and distillate marine fuel oils can also be fired. Weishaupt burners are suitable for marine fuel oils that comply with ISO 8217 2010-06-15 and ISO 8217 2011-09 (please enquire regarding other Fuels ).

Type Approval controls which burners and components are permitted for use by shipping and offshore installations. This approval is the basis for the Final Approval inspection at the place of use.
